GDPR and data privacy for clients of Weider Web Solutions
The policy sets out the different areas where user privacy is concerned and outlines the obligations & requirements of Weider Web Solutions.
I will explain what data I collect, how I use it, how it is stored and how long it is stored for.
I have a customer database in which I will keep your contact details.
I will keep the following information:
- Your name
- Email address
- Role in your business
- Postal address
- Telephone number
- Website URL
- Social media links if applicable
I use this data so I can contact you in the future to tell you about my services that may interest you.
The CRM is provided by Zoho and the data is stored in an EU data centre.
I will keep this data while we work together + 5 years.
You can ask to see this data at any time and ask me to update it or remove it.
Payments that you have made to me online via my invoicing system are handled by Stripe.
I don’t keep any data but Stripe will keep some if you have ticked the ‘remember me’ box to allow Stripe to store your details.

Any invoice I send you will contain your contact details, the service you have purchased and the price you have paid.
The invoice tool is called Zoho Books is provided by Zoho, the data is stored in an EU data centre.
I am required by law to keep this for 7 years.
I keep an electronic copy of all the terms and conditions you have signed.
I keep the following information:
- Your name
- Business name
- Data of signature
- Your signature
The signature tool is provided by Zoho Sign and the data is stored in an EU data centre.
I keep this information for legal reasons.
I will keep this for 7 years.
Support desk requests
If you have raised a support ticket I will have the following information:
- Your name
- Your website
- Date of support request
- Details of support request
I use a tool called Zoho Desk to manage support tickets.
The data is stored in an EU data centre.
I keep this information for as long as you are my customer so I can refer to back to work I have done with you if you have had a query.
I will remove this data after 12 months after we have finished working together.
If you have shared passwords with me, I store these in my CRM. I delete these immediately after we stop working together.
If we are working on a project together our communication will be via my project management tool and via email.
I will keep all communication for 12 months after the project is complete.
The project management tool and my email is provided by Zoho and the data is stored in an EU data centre.
